This time the coffee is a is a whole bean Guatemalan medium roast. I switched it up for two reasons, first, the Guatemalan is a more classic cup-o-joe, a delicious chocolatey brew that is eager to please. It goes with anything, any time of day, it's like the Helvetica of coffee. And secondly because the company that provides this bean, Sweet Maria's out of Oakland, created their own ultra-direct trade program called Proyecto Xinabajul that, among other things, ensures smaller coffee farms in Guatemala are elevated and paid fairly.

Think of this as a mini-drinkable Campfireball in a bag. And also that you’re supporting someone who’s entire occupational field (live performance) does not exist right now. And also, also…it’s coffee!
